I developed a secure, role-based data management system for internal use at Massive Dynamics to streamline client data handling and team workflows. The platform is built with ReactJS and NodeJS, designed to ensure data accuracy, accountability, and real-time information flow across departments.

The system includes an Admin Panel, where the admin can create, assign roles (Manager, Lead Closer, Lead Qualifier, SCL Team), and delete users at any time. Each user logs in with credentials provided by the admin and can only access modules permitted for their role. To enhance security, users are automatically logged out after 24 hours.

Once logged in, users access a personalized dashboard containing structured pages and dynamic forms. They can enter client details, upload screenshots or documents, and preview their submissions through a confirmation modal before final submission, reducing errors and ensuring data accuracy.

Upon submission, the data is intelligently sent to three parallel destinations:

• Google Sheets for data tracking
• Slack Channel for real-time team notifications

• MongoDB Database for secure storage and reporting

The platform provides a scalable foundation for internal reporting, auditing, and cross-team collaboration, helping the organization centralize client operations and eliminate manual data entry.
